Product forms

As a provider of numerous different materials in a range of forms all over the world, running a highly efficient logistics operation is a key part of our business at Goonvean. We take great care to ensure that whatever your choice of material or product form, it arrives with you, the customer, in excellent condition.

Kaolin

We can supply kaolin products in two forms. A ‘Noodle’ product can be provided with a range of moisture contents ranging from 10% to 18%. Kaolin in noodle form is relatively free of the dust problems associated for many years with bulk kaolins. We can also pass a ‘noodle’ product through an attritor mill to produce a powder form if required. Products in powder form have a maximum moisture content of 2%.

Kaolin products can be delivered by the ship load, wagon load, in IBC Big Bags or in 50Kg or 25Kg bags.

Delivery of our noodle and powder products can also be made in road tankers.

Felspars

Felspars can be provided in crushed form, with nominal sizes of 100mm to 7mm. Alternatively we can supply it in milled form, depending on your purpose.

Aggregates

The stone by-products of our kaolin production are sold as loose bulk materials, generally in wagon loads, but ship loads are a practical alternative. For specific individual customers we can supply finer materials in IBC Big Bags or even in 50Kg or 25Kg bags.
