At Goonvean our primary aim is to satisfy customers. Our comprehensive knowledge of minerals means we can design products to meet very specific briefs. To achieve this, we often work with customers to develop products and ensure they fit customer needs exactly. We don’t just develop theories that work; we take a hands-on approach to bring those theories to life, from inception to realisation.

Our unrivalled industry expertise has prompted many mineral companies to tap into our technical skills in the fields of mineralogy, chemistry and ceramics. As well as kaolin and mining projects, we are also called upon to provide advice on other rare minerals. Recognised as being world class in both kaolin mining and refining technology, we offer consultancy services on a wide range of industry issues from routine testing and evaluation of reserves to problem solving, product design and commissioning of mining and refining plants.

Not all of the Technical Services we provide relate to mining kaolins. Our laboratory facilities and the experience of our staff allow us to investigate a wide range of projects in many diverse areas.
